Vine Inn continued their perfect start to the season with a dominant 7–0 home win over Royal Oak B, dropping just three legs all night and delivering another strong team showing.

Kyran Eyes opened up with a sharp 2–0 win over Rory Pessagno, checking out in 19 darts along the way and throwing a pair of ton-plus scores. Dave Goulden edged past Jack Bushell 2–1 in the second game, firing in three tons while doubling the Vine’s lead.  Game 3 saw James Garside hold his nerve in a deciding leg against Jack Holt, coming through 2–1 to make it 3-0 to the hosts.

The bonus points were soon in the bag as Charlie Sanders turned in one of the best displays of the evening with a 2–0 win over Pete DeCordova, including four 100+ scores, a 180, and a 22-dart leg, and the overall lead was extended further after Billy Sanders swept past Rob Whiteside in straight legs to make it 5–0. The VIne were not letting up, and Josh Bailey turned the screw further in Game 6, beating Andrew Mossop 2–0 with four tons and the lowest leg of the night in 18 darts.

The whitewash was soon completed after Geoff Sanders wrapped things up with a 2–1 win over Mark Gilmore, who top-scored for the away side with three tons and a 56.45 average, but the night was all about another strong Vine performance as they sprinted into an eight point lead at the top of division 3.
