Urmston came out on top in the gallon with a 2–0 win, but it was St Anthonys B who claimed the main event, clinching the match 4–3 after a blistering start saw them home and dry after the first four games of the night. Credit to Urmston though, who fought back to win the final three games to ensure they took 3 points from the game.

Game 1 set the tone as the home side’s Oliver Clarke put in a superb shift when whitewashing Mark Colgan 3–0 – Clarke with six 100+ scores, a tidy 110 finish and a 17-darter, finishing with a classy 80.52 average. Martin Tyson doubled the lead in game 2, with another 3–0 scoreline against Brandon Gamble, before game 3 saw Dave Hart make it 3-0 overall while notching the first 180 of the night as he got the better of Dave Tong 3–1.

Sean Wilkinson made it four on the bounce in game 4, with with seven tons helping him to see off Joe Kirk 3–1 and seal the win for St Anthonys.

Urmston have proved a strong side this season and rallied from there, Gaz Lane getting them on the board with a fine 3–0 win over Rich Davies in game 5, before Stephen Lye edged a nervy 3–2 against Kaine Goldie in game 6, firing five 100s and a 20-dart leg, despite Kaine hitting 6 tons and a 19 darter in defeat. The final game of the night went the distance too, as Mason Gamble matched Col Smith dart-for-dart and eventually took a last leg decider to win 3–2. Both men hit eight tons and an 18 darter wahc, but it was the away man who got over the line with an 80 checkout and 18-dart leg.
