Both of the remaining games were to go to deciding legs, but both went in favour of the home side as Jimmy Nolan got the better of Elliot Wynne despite Elliot hitting a 17 darter and his first competitive 180, before Warren McCoubrey finished things off with a last leg decider against Dog captain Tom Spillane.
