Trafford SC turned the tables on Fusion Aces with a 5–2 away win in Week 12, responding perfectly to their 5–2 defeat in Week 7. Despite dropping the gallon 2–1 at the top of the night, the visitors hit back in the main event to take the bonus points.

Jake Neersoo opened with a narrow 3–2 win over Nigel Beeton, before Alex Buckley then added a 3–2 win of his own in game two, including a 180 and four 100+ scores, while Andy Brownhill landed nine tons in defeat – the most by any player on the night.

Fusion got on the board in game three thanks to Geoff Talbot’s dominant 3–0 win over Jordan Fry. Talbot averaged 75.15, the highest of the night, and also threw in five 100+ scores and a tidy 16-dart leg for good measure.

Darren Wood brought Fusion Aces level at 2-2, sweeping aside Liam Galvin 3–0 in game four, and in the process devlivering the highlight of the night – a stunning 151 checkout to take him top of the highest finish merit table in Division 2.

Unbeaten Fusion Aces may have expected normal service to resume after pulling back to 2–2, but Trafford had other ideas and took charge from there on in. Zac Nichols restored the lead with a 3–0 win over Chris Cordingley, and Andrew Davies clinched the bonus points with a strong 3–1 performance in game six, including five tons, a 20 darter and an 80 finish. Sam Walley added some polish as he rounded things off in game seven, also winning 3–1 and hitting a 180 to boot.
