Ashton-on-Mersey CC continued their strong run in Division 2 with a 5–2 win away at Bulls Head, completing a league double after their earlier 5–2 victory back in Week 7. The visitors also grabbed the gallon with a 2–0 scoreline to round off another productive evening.

Bulls Head started brightly as Bo Bowman took game one with a 3–2 win over Mark Robinson, landing four tons, a 63 finish, and a 23-dart leg, Robbo managing a 20 darter in defeat, but AoM CC responded in style, reeling off four consecutive wins to take the match beyond reach.

Mike Buckley pulled things level with a 3–1 win over Mark Jepson, before Stephen Orton and Kian Pearce added back-to-back 3–0 wins. Orton hit four ton-plus scores, while Pearce nailed five tons and checked out on a superb 120 to put the away side 3–1 up.

Chris Chapman made it four in a row to seal the bonus points for Ashton with a 3–2 win over Rob Barber in a tight encounter that saw both players throw three tons apiece. Jamie Harris briefly stemmed the tide with a 3–1 win over Billy Dawson, notching seven tons in the process to grab a consolation point, but with the match already won, Will Radcliffe added a final flourish in game seven, sweeping past Harry Simper 3–0  to complete the 5–2 scoreline.
