Ewan Donegan got things going with a 3–1 win over David Huddlestone, before Adam Watson then tore through John Mulhern 3–0 smashing in a 12 darter while also firing in two 180s and averaging a blistering 88.41.
Paul Devine added a third, defeating Luke Mulhern 3–0 with five tons and a 21-dart leg, before Callum Nolan came through a high-quality contest with Ellis Mulhern to seal the win for the Ammies. Nolan hit four tons, a 19 darter and a neat 114 finish to win 3–1, while Ellis landed a 110 checkout in reply and posted a strong 65.21 average in defeat.
Ray Dore made it 5-0 with a 3–0 win over Alex Martin, and Karl Cooper followed up with six tons, a 180 and an 18-dart leg in a 3-0 defeat of Rob Lauder to make it 6-0.
The last game of the night saw the clean sweep assured as Massive Mike Morrison put the final nail in the coffin when he claimed a 3–1 win over Mark Heaton, scoring a 180 and an 18-darter to end a difficult night for the visitors.
