Fusion Sports came out on top in a tight Week 12 encounter at Brooklands Tap, edging the match 4–3 to avenge their defeat from Week 7. The visitors also claimed the gallon 2–1 to round off a successful away performance.
Trevor Frost gave the Tap an early boost with a 2–0 win over Matthew Barnes, but Fusion hit back quickly: Michael McNeil levelled the scoreline with a 2–0 win against Michael Hamnett, before Martin Long squeezed past Luke Cummins 2–1, and Stephen Barnes followed up with a 2–1 win over Tristan Cullen, who hit five tons in defeat.
At 3-1 down, Brooklands clawed one back through Lee Armsden, who produced a strong 2–0 win against Andrew Mills, landing two 100+ scores and a 52.74 average. But Rhys Barnes secured the overall win for Fusion in game six, beating Jamie Williams 2–0 with three ton plus scores.
At 4-2 down, Callum Cummins was able to claim a consolation for the hosts with a 2–0 win over Lewis Walker in the final game of the night.
