Pre-Registration and Payment
Pre-registration and online payment is much preferred as this will speed things up on the night which will make things better for all involved, but we will now accept payment on the night.
For the Charity Pairs, All participants whether paid in advance or not, must sign-in with the competition desk on arrival, before the cut off point at 8:15pm. This will ensure that only players in attendence will be included in the draw and no player is left without a partner.
Entrants wishing to register and pay cash on the night MUST be at the competition desk by 8pm.
Strike-Out will take place at 8:15pm and no additional entries will be taken after this time. If you have pre-registered and are unlikely to arrive at the competition desk before 8:15pm you MUST call one of the committee members to let us know, otherwise you will not be included in the draw. Any players who are not present, or have not advised they are on their way by 8:15pm will be excluded from the draw whether payment has been made or not. No refunds will be provided.
