Entry is limited to registered players aged 50 years or older, from any Division,  who represented their team in the League, Cup or Gallon during the 2025 season. 

Pre-registration and online payment is much preferred as this will speed things up for all involved, but we will now accept payment on the night.

Pre-registration doesnt cost anything and if you do pre-register then cant make it, just message one of the committee or ask someone who is coming to tell us, and it’ll be appreciated. 

You have three options:

1. Pre-register & Pay in advance. (preferred) – use the form below to preregister, then make payment using the payment link below the form, or pay by bank transfer. All pre-registered & pre-paid participants are still expected to be at the the venue by 8:15pm, however paid up players will be included in the draw either way. Any player not ready to toe the oche when their game is called will forfeit their game and their opponent will be given a walkover win. 
2. Pre-register & pay on the night. (use the form to pre-register or send a text/email/FB message to any committee member). Strike-Out for pre-registered participants paying on the night will take place at exactly 8:15pm and no additional payments will be taken after this time. If you’ve not paid, but are pre-registered, and extreme circumstances mean you are unlikely to arrive at the competition desk before 8:15pm you MUST call one of the committee members by 8pm to discuss your situation.
3. Dont bother to pre-register, and just turn up and try to pay on the night (no need for this, we arent asking for much). Entrants who do not pre-register and wish to register and pay cash on the night MUST be at the competition desk by 8pm.
