South Manchester Darts AGM June 2024

The end of season AGM takes place on 12/06/2024 at xxx.

The purpose of the AGM is for reporting on the South Manchester Darts League, and the meeting will take place in two main parts.

Part 1: Committee Reports

  • Each committee member to present a summary specific to their position
    • JC – Overall league performance report & committee role confirmation
    • CM – Report on competitions.
    • TF – Results and submissions
    • SE -Report on overall league finances
  • General – new teams joining the league.
  • Q&A for anything related to the above.

Part 2: Proposals for rule updates and amendments.

The AGM allows team captains only to submit proposals for rule amendments, or the introduction of new rules.

Any captain submitting a proposal must ensure that it is seconded by the captain of another team. All seconds will be verified prior to any submission being heard at the AGM.

Proposals must be submitted in advance of the AGM using the form below, or proposals may be sent in by email to [email protected]

If a captain is submitting a proposal by email, the ‘second’ must be copied in to that email.
